Love to dance? So do we! No really, we do. If you’re anything like me (or your mom or grandma, this seems to be something I have in common with the older generations), you love Dancing With The Stars and can count your top 3-25 dances from the past 10 seasons (maybe you have the YouTube links saved in a document…I’m just saying, maybe?), and one of your guilty pleasures is watching PBS televised ballroom dance competitions. If you’re cool like me, then I have good news!
Dance Chelsea studio is offering free ballroom dance lessons tomorrow in honor of its third anniversary! I’ve researched the price of group and individual ballroom dances at several studios around the city and even went on a trial run at one studio, so I can tell you first-hand, these classes are typically very expensive! I can’t wait for the day until I can afford to take them, but until then I’ll just be grateful for opportunities like this. From 11 am - 5 pm they’ll be focusing on different styles of dance, and you’re free to join any and all!
