A couple nights ago, I was heading out to dinner in Astoria and figured I’d check out Petey’s Burger, which has been listed as the best new burger in NYC by Time Out New York. It was the NCAA tournament, and a few friends and I decided to grab dinner out on the Lower East Side. We headed to Vezzo, in hopes to get some delicious pizza, but with a half hour wait, we decided to head next door to Da’ Giulio.
