Think you can mix the best cocktail? If so, check out Havana Central’s “Love Potion’s Cocktail Challenge” in honor of next month’s dreaded holiday.
Basically, the contest asks New Yorkers to create a cocktail using Bacardi Rum as the main spirit, which will be featured on the menu for the next month. From there, 10 finalists will be chosen and will have to present their drinks to the judges. A winner will receive dinner for two, credit on the menu and a plaque.
If you consider yourself a master mixologist, grab yourself a lawyer, read over the rules and regulations, and submit your favorite drink recipe. According to the rules, contest ends February 1.
