One of my favorite pizzerias/Italian restaurants in Astoria, Sac’s, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with 1989 prices. This is valid for the 21st and 28th of this month. Note you must dine-in only and reservations are strongly recommended. Sac’s is located on Broadway between 29th and Crescent.

Lately if anyone suggests having brunch in Astoria, I suggest Sugar Freak. Here’s three reasons why this has become my top brunch spot.
1). It includes a complimentary beverage. I’m 28. I don’t need an all you can drink brunch spot anymore, mostly because that

I’ve told you all about 5 Napkin Burger before (which has a few locations in NYC, including Hell’s Kitchen and Union Square), but here are two reasons to check out the Astoria location on 36th Street and 35th Ave.

Last week, my fabulous friend Bradley at Amuse*Bouche invited me to a blogger tasting with some Astoria folks at this new pizza spot off of Ditmars and 36th Street,

Usually a pitcher of beer is $18 at The Garden @ Studio Square, the “new” beer garden in Astoria, so when I saw this deal float in my inbox, I had to tell you guys about it. If you are planning on watching the NFL playoff games at a bar this weekend or next [...]
