A few days ago, a friend was talking about her Kindle and how she was looking for more books for it, when I taught her a trick – the library. If you have a library card anywhere in the country, chances are you have access to Overdrive, an online library where you can download [...] When I moved to the city about 2 years ago, I fell in love with the Strand. Â For a dollar, I was able to pick up some great books, from popular novels like the Glass Castle, to some horrible “chick lit” – all for a dollar.
