Thanks to The Skint, we know that CupcakeStop will be handing out free mini cupcakes to the first 500 visitors at two locations on Wednesday. From 10 am - 5 pm, CupcakeStop will be at 14^th between University and 5^th Avenue, and from 6 pm - closing they’ll be at 23^rd between 7^th and 8^th Avenues.
