Want to catch a flick for free? Visit Central Park in the north part of Sheep Meadow, near the cafe by 69th Street for free movie screenings all week.  Screenings run rain or shine, and while the gates open at 6:30 pm, the movies start at 8 pm.  You can bring a picnic too [...] If you are near the East Village, swing by Tompkins Square Park every Thursday for a free moving screening.
