Headed over to a Yelp event last night down in Chelsea to celebrate the neighborhood. While there were several different vendors from all over the neighborhood, one that particularly caught my eye was Chelsea’s Cafeteria. I have never tried the restaurant before, but had heard great things about their mac and cheese – so [...] Thanks to The Skint, we know that CupcakeStop will be handing out free mini cupcakes to the first 500 visitors at two locations on Wednesday. From 10 am – 5 pm, CupcakeStop will be at 14th between University and 5th Avenue, and from 6 pm – closing they’ll be at 23rd between 7th and [...] After shopping with a friend on Sunday afternoon, I decided to stop in at the Chelsea Market before heading home. I had never been to this “culinary mecca” in Manhattan, so it was about time that I checked it out. Since I went later in the afternoon, I was able to enjoy some of [...] Sadly Amai Tea and Bake House, Lovescool‘s bakery, is closing this Sunday, the 19th. The silver lining is that the tasty treats will be discounted on its last day. So stop by for one last cupcake or green tea cookie. Discovered deal is no longer available.
