Now here’s a bar crawl I can support – one to benefit Hurricane Sandy victims. This Saturday, from 1-9pm, visit a ton of UES bars and enjoy $2 domestic draft pints, $4 mixed drinks, food and shot specials, and a souvenir pint cup for the first 500 guests.
How does a bar crawl like this work? Well you can purchase tickets online here  and then you’ll have access to all the specials. Right now tickets are $9, but the price will rise as we get closer to the crawl – although use the code 89th to save $2 off online tickets.  25% of online sales go to the American Red Cross.  If you want to purchase tickets at the actual crawl, tickets are $15 and can be purchased from 1-6pm at East End Bar & Grill (87th St. & 1st Ave.)  $5 of your entrance fee will go to the American Red Cross.We’re giving away to two lucky readers 5 tickets each – please note you’ll just have to donate $5 to the Red Cross to claim your tickets (it’s charity, people!).
