I’m turning the big 2-7 next month and thought I’d share some great birthday freebies around the city in honor of my special day, over the course of the next month.
Here’s a deal for you fitness fanatics.  The Integral Yoga Institute of New York City will give you and a friend a free yoga class on your birthday.  This freebie is offered only on your birthday, so you must bring an ID.  If the yoga studio is closed that day, you can redeem either the day before or after. The institute is located on 13th Street between 7th and 8th Ave.
