February means it’s City Bakery’s Hot Chocolate Festival. Â While I’m not the biggest fan of City Bakery’s hot chocolate (and sadly, the five of you who were reading this blog back in 2008 may remember this), I know some people swear by it and it has been on the list for one of the best places to get hot chocolate in the city.
In February, City Bakery offers a different flavor of hot chocolate every day, from caramel hot chocolate to peanut butter hot chocolate. Â If you are in the area of 18th Street between 5th and 6th, consider consulting the hot chocolate calendar and swing on by City Bakery. Â Word to the wise – a cup of cocoa will set you back $5.
