Who doesn’t love Leap Year specials? New York Central, a restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt New York on 42nd and Lexington, is giving those born in 1983  a free appetizer or dessert of you dine at the restaurant on February 29.  You must show your ID prior to ordered.  You’ll be able to enjoy special starters like Devilish Eggs or Chicken Liver Pate or special birthday desserts like the Hot Chocolate with chocolate pudding cake, praline, and devon cream. So if you’re turning 29 this year, this is definitely something you might want to check out on Wednesday.
Also, Market, the hotel’s gourmet grab-and-go concept, is offering another deal on February 29. Guests who were born on a leap year (2008, 2004, 2000, 1996 etc.) will get a free “Dylan’s Candy Barâ€Â birthday cupcake shaped tin filled with mints, with a purchase of $9 or more.  Again, you must show your ID to get these specials.
