Hill Cafe, a new Brooklyn tapas restaurant, is having a special tomorrow from 4-6 pm. They’ll be giving away two samples: shots of their Sorrel, a homemade drink with ginger, vanilla extract, lemon, brown sugar, and mint, and their vegetarian gratinee, a blend of tomato, parsnips, red & yellow peppers, mushroom, leek and wild rice, topped with melted cheddar cheese. This event is in honor of its summer specials, such as brunch with entrees starting at $8, a $25 prefix menu on Tuesdays and Thursdays that includes one plate with 3 tapas (chicken wings, cheese plate and calamari) and a glass of wine, as well as a happy hour everyday from 5-8pm with $2 off drinks and a table top beer tower (80 oz) for only $28.
So stop by and check out the scene (we hear they have nice garden and fire pit in the back) and let us know what you think!
