Marty O’Brien’s on the Upper East Side offers a long, albeit somewhat early (for those with real jobs), happy hour from noon – 6:30 pm Monday – Friday. Patrons can enjoy 2 for 1 drinks AND free hot dogs! So if you’re low on cash and need something to keep your stomach full while you’re downing drinks, definitely keep Marty O’Brien’s in mind!
