Richard Blais (yes, the guy from Top Chef) is giving away free pork samples today outside my old office, at 470 Park Ave South and 32nd Street, according to Time Out New York. Â He’ll have a little pop-up cafe, and being serving customers at 10:30, 2:30, 4:30 and 6:30. Â Each serving time focuses on a different recipe – from slow-roasted pork shoulder, to pork bolognese.
