As someone who has been affected by autism, I recently joined a committee called Autism Speaks to Young Professionals (AS2YP). We throw two fundraisers a year, one of them being this summer at the New York Stock Exchange.
If you’d like to help raise awareness for autism, as well as raise money for individuals living with autism, I’d encourage you to come to this event on Thursday, August 5. There will be an open bar from 7-10 pm, as well as appetizers, and you can bet there will be some dancing. Tickets cost $75, and for $20 more, you can also get a photo taken on the bell podium.
