NewYorkology reports that to celebrate two new Circle Line boats, ingeniously named Queens and Brooklyn, Circle Line will host a free 1940′s-style carnival at Manhattan’s Pier 81 on June 20th. While you’re waiting for your free cruises to the Statue of Liberty, have fun with the activities on the pier including a barbecue and merry-go-round.
