Since I didn’t get around to writing about Bread Bar last week, I figured I’d combine this into one entry. Apologies again, I have no photos. Two weeks ago I went to Tabla‘s Bread Bar to celebrate a friend’s birthday and I was taken with it. I’d been dying to try Danny Meyer‘s spin [...] Sadly Amai Tea and Bake House, Lovescool‘s bakery, is closing this Sunday, the 19th. The silver lining is that the tasty treats will be discounted on its last day. So stop by for one last cupcake or green tea cookie. After weeks of telling us about how amazing Crif Dogs is in the East Village, my friend Joe finally rallied up the troops and we headed down there for Wednesday Friendsday. Crif Dogs specialty, as the name suggests, is hot dogs with all different kinds of toppings.
